Partner Outsourcing is a New Hampshire based company, with our development done in Ukraine. Partner Outsourcing is owned and operated by Peter Lessels a Boston native.

Brief History

Partner Outsourcing was started as a result of working with a number of overseas outsourcing companies and being disappointed in the results.

It became clear that the best way to find the right companies to partner with was to go visit prospective companies on site and see their company and developers first hand.

The result was that we have a top quality offshore development team.
